Pack and Move Cancellation/Refund Policy
Pack and Move reserves the right to cancel any event, for reasons beyond control and/or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.
If Pack and Move cancels a refund will be offered.
Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, Pack and Move retains the right to either issue a full refund or partial refund.
Cancellation by Client/Requester
Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 10 business days before the event.
Cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund less a $100 service fee.
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received with ten (10) working days of the schedule move date.
Refund(s) by Client/Requester
All refund requests must be made by the client requesting services.
Refunds will not be available to non-other than the party requesting services.
Refund requests must include the name of the client, credit card holder name and transaction number.
Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
These above policies apply to all Pack and Move activities unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials.
All returns of goods and/or materials purchased directly from Pack and Move require prior authorization. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; Returns must be authorized by the Pack and Move within ten (10) days of the invoice date. Within ten (10) days of purchase, we will replace and/or substitute at our sole discretion, any product that Pack and Move deems defective, damaged and/or unsatisfactory.
